Download our APP from the APP Store or Google Play, or scan the QR code in our user manual to install the APP. Enter your email to register your APP account. You will receive a Verification Code when you're registering an account.

Notice: a) If you didn't receive a verification code when you registered an account, please check the trash in your email; b) There is no way to provide your phone number to register the account; c) To protect customers' privacy, all customer information is encrypted, so we cannot obtain customer personal information and data through WiFi.

 

2. Is this smart socket good and safe to use?

The smart socket is made of advanced and premium V-0 flame-retardant materials and techniques, it will protect your family safe. Plus, ETL/FCC/RoHS certification ensures complete security. Support 120V, 10A maximum load.

3. How to pair the smart plug with Alexa?

a) Open the "Amazon Alexa" APP; b) Go to "More", then find the "Skills & Games" button on the menu, click it; c) Search our APP and choose the first one, the "Enable" it; d) Enter your APP account and password; e) Click "Authorize", then your APP account will be linked to Alexa successfully; f) Back to "Devices", refresh the device list, you will find the Plugs.

Now you can use your Alexa to control your smart plug.
