A: A: Our payment terms are T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), you need to pay 30% of the total amount as deposit and the remaining 70% before product delivery. Before you pay the balance, we will show you photos of the product and packaging to ensure you are satisfied with the final product.

A: A: We support a variety of delivery terms, including EXW (Ex Works), FOB (Free on Board), CFR (Cost and Freight), CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight) and DDU (Delivery to designated location, No need to pay duties and fees). Customers can choose the most suitable delivery terms according to actual needs.

A: A: Generally, we usually need 5 to 10 days for production after receiving advance payment. The specific delivery time will depend on the items and quantity of your order. Q: What are the warranty terms?

A: Normally, the warranty period we provide for our goods is a minimum of 3 months. During these 3 months, if the goods are damaged due to quality problems, we will bear full responsibility.
